There are so many times when you need a simple recipe with store bought ingredients that you transform into a delicious and inviting plate of food. I always like to serve something yummy with drinks for friends and family, especially in the summer and this dip is literally whipped up in moments with the help of a ready made spectacular black garlic paste that I add to all manner of dishes. If you can’t get the black garlic paste then either use a regular one or add 2 minced cloves but the black garlic has a wonderful flavour so do try this one if you can. Make as small or as big a batch as you like but I never have any over!
TOP TIPS:
Just keep doubling up the quantities for cooking for a crowd
